I'm Renee Fontaine
After graduating from law school, I began my career with Portland’s Metropolitan Council, where I worked in the acquisition department focused on preserving open spaces. It was a role that gave me a deep appreciation for land use, negotiation, and the long-term value of thoughtful site selection.
From there, I transitioned into Site Acquisition for Wireless Telecommunications—spearheading the acquisition of properties for telecommunication towers. Working at the intersection of technology, regulation, and real estate taught me how to navigate complex deals, build lasting partnerships, and get sites secured and permitted efficiently.
My background in law and my years of hands-on experience have made me an expert in the field of site acquisition—and it’s a field that continues to grow and evolve.
